Gear up for a high-octane nighttime tuna fishing adventure aboard the 47ft Freeman Geaux Fisch as we head to the oil rigs of the Gulf of Mexico. Known for their abundance of tuna, these rigs offer some of the best offshore fishing available, especially under the cover of night, when the big yellowfin, and blackfin tuna come into feeding range.
This trip is tailor-made for serious anglers looking for an adrenaline-packed challenge. We’ll take you up to 100+ miles offshore, where the rigs are alive with fish. The action kicks off after dark, when the tuna start their nocturnal feeding frenzy around the lights of the rigs. We employ expert techniques and provide hands-on coaching and assistance throughout the trip—guiding you from the moment you hook your catch to reeling it in. You’ll have the chance to target some of the Gulf’s most powerful and elusive tuna species, with our experienced crew by your side every step of the way.
